Maybe you're a leader who stepped into a role that was already broken, and now you're quietly carrying the weight of fixing it while earning trust you haven't had time to build yet.
Maybe you're a woman who has spent the last decade pouring into everyone around her: her family, her team, her church, her community... and somewhere in the middle of all of that, she stopped recognizing herself.
Either way, it's not weakness. It's wisdom. And you're in exactly the right place.
You're not here because you gave up. You're here because you care too much to keep going the way you've been going.

Hey there,
I'm Doreen Jansson.
Leadership consultant. Wellness mentor. And someone who believes God often writes His greatest stories through the chapters we never would have chosen.
For more than three decades, my life has been marked by a calling to lead, serve, and help others discover the life God designed for them. That calling has taken me through incredible victories and painful valleys: moments of real impact, and seasons where I had to learn what it truly meant to persevere, rebuild, and trust God through the unknown.
For 15 years, I served as CEO of Soundview Pregnancy Services, growing what started as a single center with one employee into a thriving, multi-location ministry with a dedicated team and countless lives impacted.
Through strategic leadership, a commitment to biblical values, and a relentless focus on mission, I learned something that now shapes everything I do...
Healthy organizations are built by healthy leaders.

My greatest lessons didn't come only from success. They were forged through losses, disappointment, personal failures, and seasons that tested my faith in ways that I wasn't prepared for.

I've experienced the kind of heartbreak that changes you. The moments where you genuinely wonder how you'll move forward. And I discovered, slowly, and not always gracefully… that God often does His deepest work in our greatest brokenness.
Through His grace, I found resilience.
Renewed purpose.
And the courage to begin again.

Whether I'm coaching a nonprofit executive, guiding a leadership team through conflict, speaking to an audience, or walking alongside a woman who has quietly lost herself in years of caring for everyone else, my message is always the same:
Your past does not disqualify you.
God can use every victory, every wound, and every chapter of your story to shape a life of influence, impact, and wholeness. I'm not just passionate about leadership. I'm passionate about transformation, of the heart, the mind, the body, and the soul. My story is one of God's faithfulness. And my greatest joy is helping others step into theirs.
Today, through Align Leadership & Align Wellness...
I help leaders and women move from simply surviving to truly flourishing. I believe lasting transformation begins when we abide in Christ, align our lives with His truth, and advance with courage into the purpose He has prepared for us.

1. Favorite coffee order?
Let's be friends.
Black & bold! Always bold. With monk fruit, and a little cream.
3. What's on in the background when you cook?
Worship music always. The kitchen is one of my favorite places. I love creating meals & making my home a place where people want to gather.
5. What do you do when you need to reset?
Exercise. Get outside. Read. Spend time with my husband & my daughters around a good meal. They aren't luxuries to me, they're what keeps me sane and grounded.
7. What's something you believe in your industry that most people don't?
That you cannot sustainably lead others if you are not leading yourself well first. Wellness and leadership are not separate conversations. They were never meant to be & affect each other.
Because people work with people, not credentials. So let's make sure I'm your kind of people, quiz style.
9. What's one thing you want people to know about you?
I have walked through real loss and real brokenness. The kind that changes you. And I have experienced firsthand that God does His deepest work in the seasons we never would have chosen for ourselves. That's not something I say to sound inspiring. It's the truest thing I know.
NOW THAT YOU KNOW WHAT I DO
2. Beach or Mountains?
Both. Walking on the beach clears my head. Hiking in the mountains reminds me how small my problems are. I try to do both as often as possible.
4. Favorite comfort food?
Italian always. Meatballs, pasta, pizza. And Chinese food. I know, where did that come from, right?
6. What keeps you going when things get hard?
Keeping promises to myself. Staying the course. I believe resilience is a choice you make quietly, every day, and faithfulness & righteousness matters even when no one is watching.
8. What would your friends say about you?
That I'm caring. Loyal. Driven. Compassionate. Probably also that I will always show up, and that I will always tell you the truth, even when it's not easy to hear.
