I've got 30+ years of leadership experience inside real organizations, 15 years as CEO of a faith-based nonprofit that grew from one person to a multi-location, mission-driven ministry, and a track record not of theory, but of being inside the hard rooms where Kingdom leadership actually happens.
I've navigated board conflict, team dysfunction, culture rebuilding, and the personal cost of carrying a calling for a long time. I understand leadership not just operationally, but emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
And I've experienced firsthand that God does His deepest work in the seasons we never would have chosen. That perspective shapes everything about how I guide leaders through their hardest chapters.
